Room Parent Program
Room Parents play an important role in helping build strong classroom communities and supporting teachers, students, and families throughout the school year. Room Parents help coordinate classroom communication, organize volunteer opportunities, assist with classroom celebrations, and serve as a connection between families and the PTO.

Who Makes a Great Room Parent?
You may enjoy being a Room Parent if you:
- enjoy organizing and planning
- communicate well with others
- like working with teachers and families
- want to be involved in your child’s classroom experience
Each classroom from Kindergarten through 8th grade needs at least one Room Parent each school year.

Selected Room Parents will have access to the Room Parent Community Hub, which includes:
- planning resources
- important dates
- communication templates
- volunteer coordination tools
- classroom celebration guidance
- PTO reminders throughout the year
